Which username should I use?

Use the username with which you log into the RBC Gateway portal. The format is generally Rxxxxxx or Dxxxxxx.

Can I continue working immediately after resetting my password?

Yes, you can. After the password reset, you can return to the portal page, log on with your new password, and continue working right away.

What if my e-mail or mobile number isn’t on file?

If you do not have an e-mail address or mobile number on file, you cannot use this password reset tool. Please reach out to your firm’s system contact to update your information with RBC.

Does the tool store my password somewhere?

No, the tool only sends the one-time PIN and logs your new password. It does not store it.

Can I use the software if my password is already expired?

Yes, it is possible to reset a password that is expired using the tool.

Can I use SSRPM if my account has been disabled or is blocked?

No. Please contact your firm’s technical support team or RBC Technical Services to unblock your account.
